Portable, practical, cosy, creative - sock knitting is the best! It's a project you can take on the bus, an item you'll use every day, an improvement over the shop bought version and a chance to show off beautiful yarn and intricate knitting.
It can also seem daunting - the phrase "turning a heel" has many running scared - but in this three part course, committed sock knitter Rosie will take you through all the elements, from how to knit in the round to turning that heel and grafting those toes.
Participants should be confident in some basic skills - knitting, purling and casting on. There is some homework required between sessions. If you have any questions about the course requriements, please ask and we'll get you sorted!
