Refund policy
If there is an issue with a purchase you made on our website, please contact us ASAP on hello@slipstitchldn.co.uk
If it’s more than 30 days since your purchase, we can’t refund or exchange it.
If the issue is at our end i.e. we have sent the wrong colour of yarn, we will cover the cost of postage to return the incorrect item.
If you choose to exchange or return an item ordered online, you will be responsible for the cost of posting your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any items you wish to return must be unused and in the condition you received it, in the original packaging.
If you place an order for collection in store and do not collect it within 30 days, the order will be cancelled without a refund. (We're very flexible on this as long as you get in touch! Please don't just ghost us.)
Please don’t buy a pattern or book, photocopy the pages you want and return it. We can tell when you do this.
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
Event Cancellations
Our classes require a certain number of participants to go ahead so if you are unable to attend an event that you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible. We are unable to accept cancellations within 14 days of a one-off class or 28 days of the first class of a course. We will always do our best to honour your booking at a future event if possible so please still get in touch.
We do not refund Meet and Make bookings unless the event is sold out.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
