Brioche knitting creates a beautifully plump two-sided design that, like the delicious breakfast bread, is soft and pillowy. It's used in gorgeous jumpers, hats and shawls and knowing how to do it opens up a whole new world of knitting.
In this class we'll learn two colour brioche - and eat plenty of brioche too!
You'll need to bring two colours of the same yarn and their corresponding circular needles in either a DK or Aran weight. Nothing too fluffy, silky, or felt-y - so no linens or mohair! If in doubt, two colours of West Yorkshire Spinners ColourLab DK and a 4mm, 80 cm circular needle would be perfect.
For confident knitters looking for a new challenge.
