Casting on several hundred stitches? Working out quite how many increases you've done? Don't worry about counting to 400 in your head any more with out stitch count markers.
Each bulb pin has a numbered tag on: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400. Place a marker every ten stitches then when you get to 50, take out 10 to 40 and use them again. You only need to count to ten at a time!
Set contains 12 numbered tags on a bulb pin, all held on an extra pin.
