Intarsia is the building block of classic knitting designs - those jumpers with a cartoon character on the front, all the way to complex Kaffe Fassett patterns. By working with multiple colours at once, we can create bold images in our knitting.
You will need to bring three colours of the same weight yarn and their corresponding needles - we'll be knitting flat so straight or circular needles will work. Nothing too fluffy or silky - so no linens or mohair! We won't use a lot of each colour so do feel free to stash bust - otherwise three balls of Bo Peep DK would work well.
